After seeing the great macro photos that Rense and others have posted I had to try my hand at it.I grabbed one of my potted plants and my willing porcelane frog and gave it a try.I used a tripod with my K20d and Quantaray 70-300 w/macro and my trusty vivitar 285hv that i bounced the flash with a white sheet of paper onto my very willing subject . The eye of the frog measures about 2mm and the shot was cropped 50% or more.I look forward going into the back yard where the real live denizens are lurking.The shot i took was 1/180-f/16--ISO800 with flash set at "M"--charliezap
