Sunset Caught
Lens: Vivitar 55mm F2.8 1:1 macro Camera: K20d ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/20s Aperture: F16
Posted By: Rense, 04-30-2010, 12:44 PM

Driving home from a family visit on one of our national holidays today, I noticed the sun caught in the seed-balls of the Dandelions in the verges. So I stopped the car and shot some photos. This is one of the exposures. Just slightly cropped and treated with the Orton Effect.

Rense, seriously this Vivitar of yours is killing me!
The amount of fantastic shots you have posted with it lately is just incredible!
Common, I have 43ltd, 50/1.2 and 55/1.8... I can't afford to add another 55

That is an absolute gorgeous image Rense, your dandelions are already going to seed and we are still waiting to see the first one bloom. Thanks for posting this one.

Thanks a lot Peter! What do you want to do with a macro lens? Street shots?
