Soviet Lens Club - MIR lens

I am aware of at least three variations of the MIR 37mm lens (MIR 1, MIR B and MIR Sh). Does anybody know the difference between these lenses? I own the MIR B and the MIR Sh and the Sh appears to be somewhat sharper than the B?

Not really, but many thanks for trying.

Incidentally, the 'MIR sh' is really a translation for MIR W (the W is a russian character - does not precede ....X,Y,Z).

I guess this is for my interest only because I love the colors and sharpness of this lens.

My Sh was not nearly as sharp as my B. It's the same formula, probably just the old Soviet production variable.

MIR-1 8- blades in aperture, first edition M39
MIR-1Sh for school, "shkolniy"
MIR-1C with central gate.
MIR-1A with A-adaptor can be connected to different mounts.
MIR-1 Auto for Kiev-10, 15.
MIR-1B is more late revision with 10- blades in aperture, M42 B - means VOMZ ( made in Vologda city)
