Used the in-camera flash for this one, diffracting it with the lens cap.
Very nice. Excellent.

Structure on the really small flowers of a succulent plant. About 3:1 magnification, stack of 15 images with DFA 50mm + Panagor macro converter

Hello folks!

I'm working on an upcoming review of the Venus Laowa 60mm 2:1 macro. I've perused this thread and saw the lens mentioned a few times, but it's unclear if anyone uses it to good effect.

So if anyone owns the lens, I'd be interested to know. I like to build a samples gallery in my reviews, and to include beautiful images taken by forum members. Thanks in advance!

Food still life

My wife Jocelyn's creamy fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and mushrooms and a side dish of Philippine lumpia, captured by K-1 with medium format Mamiya 120mm f 4.0 macro, some call the poor man's Zeiss 100 f 2.0 Makro-Planar.
