Another extreme crop with the CV 125 APO Lanthar. It's an interesting walk about lens because I can shoot birds & wildlife, crop, and equal the quality of a much longer lens. Wide open softens it just enough for portraits while giving great bokeh for anything I want to separate from the background. Of course, it's a macro lens so I can get as close as I want, yet it works even for landscape by isolating interesting scenes I spot in the distance.

If one wants to squeeze some 'film-feel' out of a digital lens, look no further than the Ultron SL-ii 40mm f/2. Inherently huge contrast plus softening blacks in post makes for a great 'hipster' feel.

Thanks! Bit annoyed the shot with Daisy wasn't quite sharp but it was a 'one chance' type affair. This and the K-1 complement each other wonderfully.

What a sharp image we got here, including the three or four ones right before this one. These V lenses seem to be pretty darn good!
