I'm thinking how to use this lens for macro shots. Because of some exposure failures that occurred while using the lens on deglassed teleconverter I bought tiny Pentax T 43 close up for it and attached with a step-up ring. This diopter comes from Pentax 110 system. See result below (crossposted):

I picked up an M40 pancake lens the other day, and took it with me to the KU Natural History Museum in Lawrence. These are wide open.

I've owned and loved results from the 21 40 and 70; right now I've gone with zooms so I'm mostly left out

From the other side though: here are a few from Samsung's 30mm f/2 pancake on NX300. Nice lens, bokeh slightly rough in the last shot. All three at f/2. Their 20mm is also good but I kept the 16/2.4 pancake instead.
