You have artistic talent, and express it using your camera to create photographic representations of what you see. Not all of what you share here is simply a snapshot sharing something interesting. Even some of the shots here, of artists creating temporary masterpieces, have artistic merit.

Artistic expression of any kind is an art that must be practiced to be perfected. I used to draw almost constantly as a youth and teen. So much so that it got me in trouble at school. But even when sent to the principal's office I would sit there waiting, and drawing. I drew mostly mechanical things, cars, trucks, boats, airplanes, machines of all kinds. Many were very accurate representations of the real thing too.

It has been many years since then, with few occasions to keep my skills up. I still know all the techniques, but getting things just right doesn't come so easy now.

But many of the photographs I create are of machines, and I try to capture them in an artistic way.
