Unknown Insect

Just took this a few mins ago. Not used my Vivitar S1 for ages (since I got a Pentax 100mm WR) but thought I would give it an airing. I have no idea what the insect is though

Am keeping it out now .. forgot how well it renders the background.

The above insect looks like a moth. I am having too much fun with the Vivitar 105/2.5 and have not used my other macros. Here is a small sample of what I am trying to do (no special flash yet, only the popup camera flash):

I love this macro lens....!

I was looking for bugs on the leaves of this grapevine, when I saw a little fly. I shot first my Vivitar 105/2.5 in normal mode to take the leave, then I used the macro to get the detail of the bug. See what I found below:

I tell them to be still our I will tell the wife where they are she hates spiders so she would kill them
