Swift 1: I love
it, love it, love it. Looks like you were at just about 12 inches from the headlamp. Freddy

Yes, Zero. Every superlative applies to this wonderful lens . Your photo is a great example of what this remarkable lens can do. Freddy

Thanks Freddy. I was probably 18 inches away I'm guessing. This lens is quite amazing wide open.

Here's another from my K-01 and the "Thrifty 35" @2.4

Another amazing shot, Swift. Thanks for sending these. They're telling me a lot about that really neat 35. The perfect focus on the headlight

set up the rest of the shot with nice bokeh. Nice character in that shot. Freddy

An architecture shot with the DA35. This is Cira Center, Amtrak's offices in Philadelphia next to 30th Street Station. Hand-held shot, taken while waiting for the July 4th fireworks show from the other side of the Schuylkill River.

And now for some truth in advertising. Taken outside the York County Prison in York, PA. Handheld, with AF360FGZ II with a bounce card set to HSS for a little bit of fill light.

Haven't posted here for quite a while.

Here are a few shots from a local garden with the plastic fantastic 35mm f2.4. No sharpening and virtually SOOC. Love this little lens.

Cr, the first shot is a real beauty. Wonderful bokeh and interesting character. Also very nice bokeh and the other shot. Freddy

Ray Allen great shots from the 35. The last one is significant due to the difficult light and shadaws, without loss of details. That would make a great blowup on a living room wll. Serene and would be very complimentary to a green painted wall. Good work.

Not exactly naturally colored, but I was playing around with the white balance and loved the colors in the flower when I tried the tungsten preset.
