f2.4 landscape whoopsie

It's an amazingly sharp lens even wide open, isn't it? I'm always amazed by it. I love taking pictures at f2.8, it's as sharp as it gets (at least my copy is) and I still get background separation if I want it.

Since I pretty much shoot only M lenses (I have more, I just always end up using the Ms...), its nice to have a modern lens, with better colour contrast. The older glass is still beautiful, but the age of the coatings does show...

Just got a plastic fantastic this morning, and already I reckon it's living up to the "fantastic" moniker (albeit I've only seen the pics on the camera LCD so far). Will post some when I've processed then this afternoon/evening
