DA35 f2.4 - the Plastic Fantastic club

Let's get this party started! I got this lens less than a couple months ago, at the same time I got a DA15, so haven't used it a whole lot yet, but am enjoying it and the results every chance I give it...

Here are a few to kick things off (unfortunately none of them are low iso):

Fantastic Lens, and not just for the money! Here's my review showing a 100% center crop that I believe speaks volumes about the image quality that you can expect from this lens.

that center crop really does show it off, I'd bet at f8 like that was a corner crop would be equally impressive (he few shots i've done on film impressed me but i haven't done a serious challenge on film)

Thanks very much for starting this thread! The Plastic Fantastic deserves its own thread. It's a wonderful value and a high quality lens at twice the price. Here are a few of my favorite shots...

Fantastic examples of what this lens can do, Ash. I think I might have to watch the market place for one of these.

Thanks also to the others who posted examples.

I used to use my 50mm mostly on my film cameras. A 35mm on APS-C is the closest I can come to that perspective.

Well, let me jump in. I prefer my new Sigma 50 over the DA 35 nowadays (I like longer focal lengths for street shooting), but I used to only use the DA 35 when walking around previously. It's nice and light and absolutely wonderful. Each picture is linked with the full size image, so you can actually see the sharpness.
