I thought those that post here would be interested in this:

Typically, this set up works with the DJI RS2 which is not cheap and does not identify Pentax camera compatibility. But as new tech goes the use of LiDAR has lots of potential to enhance capabilities and for me would help as the old Mark 1 eyeball becomes less reliable with age.

It's been a bit quiet round here so I'm glad to have a new image to share, captured on Sunday.

It's captured at an old haunt I tend to frequent and in this case I was nearby to shoot with teles for the sunrise behind the jetty. After that I went over to the pier with the Distagon 21/2.8 ZK on the K-1. A CPL is fitted to the lens for this image.

I thought I'd put out feelers for any possible interest in a Leitaxed Zeiss APO Sonnar T 135mm f2. It is the finest lens I've ever owned (often called an Otus in all but name). I've never had a lens that's so sharp at f2, not just pretty sharp, but very sharp. It allows for the greatest bokeh shots because of its long FL and shallow DOF.

However, I have two of them. The one I will sell has .5mm play in its focus ring, so small most people would not be bothered by it. Nonetheless, because of that I'm willing to offer a considerable discount if someone wants it. If not, I will have it converted back to a Nikon mount and sell it on Ebay. Pm me if you are interested.

A couple of reviews:

Optical Limits Review

Dustin Abbot's Review

My very first shot with it:

I have that one in f 2.8, but could sell it and buy your f 2.0 if I can afford it. Have you settled upon a price?

From reading a lot before buying the 2/35.ZK .. so the 2/35. I'm actually about to sell it (selling nearly everything due to health and space and circumstances). But it is the most stellar lens of all time for me. It's the God lens.
