Perhaps this needs some goodwill but they are with a Pentax lens on FF.
It's just not a K-mount or M42. A special edition of the 43mm in M39 mount.

Spying Beauty
K50/1.2

This lens literally turns night to day for me.
In the dimly fluorescent lit temple, the ISO did not go as high as I had expected.

I switched to raw after about a week using jpg.

It's the worst in camera jpg I have ever seen.
Too strong saturation, ott sharpening and NR that seems to kick in even at iso400 with NR at off.

I convert using Adobe raw conveyer to dng and then work in lightroom 4.

A20, is not easy to find and not cheap.
I'm envious.
I was looking for one to use as a FF replacement to my DA15 on apsc.
Got a FD20/2.8 instead just because it was easily avaliable and cheap.
I'm sure a pentax is smaller and smc is better but it will have to do for now.

Thanks for the link.

Yeah, prices have certainly gone up a bit, or some lenses have been sold at the usual few good online stores.
I also got a few new lenses with the camera (even when I already have all I need, a few times over ), deciding that I better grab them now before the camera price hits a lower entry point and a flood of new entrants come in a push prices even further.

For good lenses though, especially the Pentax ones which have never been orphaned, I feel that the prices are a bit more stable.

Here's the link to the Adobe DNG converter. (Yes, its free)

If the lad in the first shot is a snake charmer, I really don't want to see the size of the snake.

A great series of shots.
