That confused me at first as well, I wonder if it makes more sense to call this the HD DA 20-40 Club?

I can't see there ever being more Limited zooms so I'd support a thread name change or a new thread.

This lens deserves it's own thread regardless.

I fear you speak the truth - but a smallish 50-120 /4 would be fun with a similar build to the 20-40!

Perhaps title the thread 'DA Ltd Zoom Club (aka HD20-40) or something for now. If there is ever a new Ltd lens then it can be altered, but really... it seems strange to call this thread something that is applicable to ONLY one lens in Pentax's lens line up and actually not have its name in the title of said thread. I mean... have you seen the Pentax road map? Where exactly is the next DA Limited lens??

I agree with that edit to the thread name, that is if it can be done.

I can't see another Ltd zoom ever coming out and if indeed one does appear far in the future sure the thread name can be renamed but we shouldn't be worried about this whatsoever.

Damn I haven't used my 20-40 in 6 months because I have only been out once for a northern lights capture for which I used the Samyang 14mm f2.8

Hopefully I'll be using it again in earnest soon.
