Another good example of the quality of the HDTC 1.4x... again with a Snowy Owl... Seems this is the season for it ! :-)

I was lucky enough to cross this Snowy Owl today... It flew from a top of a barn to the top of a tree, where the moon filled the background.
I have to tell it's my lady that provided me the idea to position myself in order to cath them both in the frame... Thanks to my beloved! :-)

today I took a break and went out with my monster FA*250-600+HDTC+K-1

We are lucky to have a couple that nest in some islands near my home... but I did not knew their exact site until now.

And I was lucky to see them together...

Even if the HDTC is not FF, I had to crop a lot anyways (almost 1:1) and the resolution is still acceptable!

This is how the original RAW file looked like:
(Approx distance:150m / 500 ft)

this kind of cropping is called ... heavy crop!
