Hello all,

I've been scouring the internet for projector lenses that I can adapt to the Pentax 67. What are some of you guy's experiences?
Hi, I have yet to try on MF, but I think that Marco may have well answered your question.

I have a long (150+) projector lens that I tried on 135 format but abandoned after the first attempts ... maybe I should see for my 6x7 gear.

Please keep us posted on what you find ... Cheers, J

Nice series Jean!

I've pulled my Colorplan out to the garden today too, the old one 5el/4gr. Took me a while to find it. Here's the result.

Missed the focus here, but I like the bokeh

Tomorrow I'll be testing my first zoom projector lens. Will publish the results here once done.

Here is a series of images taken through the ZEISS-IKON VARIO-TALON MC 1:3,5/70-120 at various focal lengths. It's the first and likely the last zoom projector lens I will acquire. I've been searching for it for a while and was obliged to source it from Germany via local online service similar to ebay.
For now, I can say that I'm quite surprised with the sharpness. For the rest, I'll see later.

Interesting fact: It has a concave front lens

Pentax 67 Projector Lens Test Kowa Prominar 4.75in F2

The lens came in today and I've concluded that it will not work on 6x7. The register distance is so short that with the back end of the lens up against the front baffle of the lens mount opening, I can focus at maybe 10 inches from the lens.

OK ... that's too bad. I need to look at my stuff for the 6x7 ASAP ... Cheers, J

Dusted off the good ole Diaplan 80mm f2.8, always loved this lens for its bokeh balls

Thank you very much, appreciate it!

Now, I've had the Pentacon version of Meyer Optik for a long time as well, 100mm f2.8, before I purchased it, after reading up some reviews, it was said to be identical to Diaplan in terms of optical construction and bokeh rendering, but as long as I've owned both, while I like Pentacon, my version does not do the bokeh balls the same as Diaplan, just not as pronounced...
