Well guys I just got the K-7, and I made sure that the first legit picture I took with it was with the M 85mm F/2. Here's the shot:

SMC Pentax M 400/5.6

Very windy day here in Waterloo. Managed to capture this Robin as he clung to the branch.

Bit of a shadow across the beak area is annoying but I guess we can't chainsaw all the annoying branches.

My M 50mm f1.4 and 1.7 have suffered since I acquired the A f1.2. Plus all those Taks . . .

M20/4 coming. Results will most likely go in the film section, though.

I'd like to see some sample on digital too, if you can. This lens is likely to be my next purchase.

+1 to the first part, though I'm not planning to purchase it (yet)

I've been quiet in this club for a little while
...but I have a new M lens coming soon, the M 135 f3.5, so I'm looking forward to that. Still been using my M50 f1.4 a lot, but mainly on film.

tomg - nice work with the 400!

Just got it in my hand. I'll probably do that just to test it out, but I have the AF, faster DA21, so it probably won't be my main lens for that FL on digital.

This lens on film seems like the easiest and lightest ticket to Ultrawide on film. Wonderfully compact. I can't wait to see what it can do.
