Not sure if it was our "culminating destination" but its a town, kinda.... (still wide open M28 2.8 VII)

Yep wide open, after 2 months with nothing faster than 3.5 attached to the camera i'm reveling in fast aperture for the time being. getting narrow DOF out of the wr kit lens or the M 28 f3.5 is a challenge to say the least and those were my single in lenses for January and February.

I like the wabbit The M50 1.7 is a killer lens - should be a nice break for you after a month with the kit lens. (Though you posted some great images with it last month. )

The M50 f/2 can be pretty sharp if you stop it down a bit:
