Nice one, Eddie. But why shoot at ISO400 1/4000? Wouldn't it be better are ISO100 at somewhere 1/500? This is not a moving object after all.

Nice shot.

I love my 50mm F1.7, it's still my favourite lens years after using it for the first time. I love a bit of bokeh, well lots of it really, so often shoot with it wide open. It just feels so well made, the focus is silky smooth and delightfully small. The pic quality is awesome too, all of which means that is pretty much permanently in my kit bag.

M35 1:2.8 (I think f22)

I'm out of my league on this thread but I LOVE my manual lenses!! This daffodil was so pretty, gleaming in the sun. Cropped and bumped contrast.

X-posted shot w/ M75-150@F8 1/500. No PP, this lens continues to surprise me when I get the shot right.

Couple of excited dogs, for sure . I just purchased this lens a couple months ago - kind of an oddball, but nice performer. Sharp with nice rendering & colors.

I've got M50 1.7 recently, but its aperture ring doesn't work while lens is mounted on camera - I can shoot only wide open.
Do I have to remove apreture "tail" from the lens mount to make aperture work correctly on camera?
