Nice set and I have the M 75-150, it is truly an amazing little zoom, almost perfect walk around and IQ is superb!

What I like about these (unlike some that show up from time to time), is that they are attractive pictures. The clouds show up well and there is good colour contrast.

These photos are stunning, did you take them, or your girlfriend did? They are different from the ones you have posted before. What did you do differently.?

Thanks. I made them. They are single exposures, but I used a polarizer and also dropped the exposure on the sky a little, so I could give the photo a little more contrast. Goes to show I knew why I was complaining that the Super Takumar 28/3.5 doesn't have enough contrast...

I was trying out two things at once, a M28/2.8 and an older Hoya polarizer that I recently purchased.

Lovely pictures. I too have this lens and notice it doesn't seem to have many fans. What kind of polarizer (linear) did you use, and did it make a noticeable difference? What camera?

Thanks Arnold, It seems there were two versions of the M28/2.8 and maybe that has something to do with why some find it lacking. Yes, it would be of the linear type, pre auto focus. I don't have any CPLs yet, so since I am manual focusing these anyhow I thought I would give it a go. Seems to have worked well enough. I could see as I turned it that the glare was reduced significantly. The camera I am useing is the K5.
