Nice images by the way! I love using mine.
Thank you. Just such a nice lens. This thread has made me think about getting a 28mm M as well...

K30, SMC-M 200/4
Handed down from my father, love this lens.
Beautiful front element, built in sliding lens hood.
Doesn't hurt having amazing animals to shoot.

Jon,

Fantastic photos, all of them. You certainly know how to handle the M200/4. I like the last one especially - perfectly composed and timed. Thanks.

Thanks Guys! It is a wildly satisfying lens to hold and use, like most M-glass. And since modern Pentax tele's hold their value so well, the 200/4 will have to do, and that's ok.

Nice ones, Jon!

I'm pretty sure this is a repost, but I recently did some tweaking in pp on this one.

Paul, I cannot remember the last time I saw a "drug store Indian". Your exposure is spot on!

Thanks - he's a regular down on Main Street The *istD may be old, but for me the stop-down metering is incredibly accurate with the M-lenses.

Pentax MX late seventies with either the M50 or 100 and on Kodachrome. Cat sequence from boredom to mild interest to real curiosity.

Thanks!
I have adjusted white balance. In camera it was set to daylight, so a yellow result first. In Camera Raw i neutralized it, but then i set it even more to the left (blue). Not much more done in postprocessing except some sharpening. This is a detail of the "Franzénmonumentet" see a bit down on this url: Lista över skulpturer i Härnösands kommun - Wikipedia
