Something to consider: The pre-AE lens aperture mechanics are slightly different from those designed for PK mount bodies. I've found that, especially for wider FL lenses, setting exposure via averaging spot metering in critical areas can often give a more reliable average reading than Center Weighted mode when using older lenses. It may just be because you pay more attention to EV adjustments and areas of contrast differences that way but it does seem a more satisfactory method to me.

smc-m 40/2.8 "pancake" (note: this lens sometimes gets a bad rep. but my copy seems pretty decent with good microcontrast)

NIce!! I've always thought that the M 28/2.8 is an underated lens, much like the 40/2.8 pancake.

Thanks! The 28 is kind of a weird lens like ive heard others say, I don't think it's very sharp at infinity, ( like these), but inside of that it's very sharp. The lens does great for street shots.

Certainly caught my attention. Very nice.

I like your series, but especially _1027 (non pano, taken with D-FA 100mm) - it has several layers and great depth.
