Nice image of the town Jason. I spent 3 years on the 'good' side of the Rhein back in the '60s in Wiesbaden. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to live in Germany.

I love my M135/3.5 so much. It's full of dust, cost me £9 and is as sharp as you like. Brilliant color rendition too.

Thanks, Dewman! The scene is in Ingelheim am Rhein, in the middle Rhein area of Germany. On the left is the walls and battlements of a keep used by Charlemagne, and on the right, modern Germany.

I was in Soest for 2 years, 1965-1967, wearing a brown suit with a caduceus on my hat. I still have the mugs from the mess for my position, as the whole shebang was moved to Lahr just as I returned to Canada.

Those could have been very exciting times, and it came close once or twice.

My suit was blue and I carried a Speed Graphic to work 11/63-11/66. Seems like it was only yesterday. Yeah, righteeooh!
