Hi, I see you use a lot the M150mm f3.5 with great results.
I am planning to make an offer for one, what do you think is a fair price for an excellent copy of it?
Also, how do you compare it to the cheaper but great M135mm f3.5?
Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your comments ...
I ve been able to use this lens for just one day ... and I am not the best one to make you an objective description of this lens. And I have to tell that I bought this lens in a never used condition. It was in its original box perfectly wrapped in its plastic bag with its leather cylindrical case in perfect conditions. The lens of course, in perfect conditions. Of course, I paid more than a hundred dollars. So it is a new lens for me and a pleasure to use. I can really recommend you to buy one if you have the opportunity, but can not give you any comparison with the M 135 / 3,5, which I have but not in a pristine condition as my M 150 / 3.5.

If you have the M 135 / 3.5 and suffers from LBA condition, just go for the M 150 / 3.5 !!! You won't regret it, it will only make the choice harder when to use a telephoto,
I hope this will help you to buy your M 150 ...
Jorge.

Pentax-M 50mm f 1.7

I find that the classic M 50/1.7 provides great clarity and color fidelity with flowers. Here are a few examples from our garden.

A lot of hail showers in last couple of days. If nothing else, at least there have been beautiful clouds in the sky. After several tries managed to stitch this together. 4 photo panorama with M50/1.7:

Nice to see the old M50 1.7 still at the top of its game despite being 40 this year!

First lens I ever bought, together with the MX. Both still in use today.

ps.you do have a flare hexagon quite visible which should clone out quite effectively.
