I know I was using the 120mm just before and just after and I don't think I changed lenses. These were also taken with the 120mm and, though the trees are not so distant in these shots, the bokeh looks very similar and quite bubbly.
I think these bubbles look softer. Also angle view in these doesn't look as wide. But it's a great shot no matter which lens

Also these portraits are excellent. Sharp target with nice separation.

I had a short trip to Italy. As I was flying I wanted to take a light set, which ment leaving DFA* home and packing few M lenses to go with. M28/2.8, M40, M50/1.7 and M120 to be exact. I shot mainly with 28 & 50, but found some use for tele and played with 40 a few times just for fun. I should have shots to unload here for a few weeks

Why do rails go into the sea where land devices have no utility?

There were several of those on this beach. My guess is that they are there to transport boats from lake to garage. Can't confirm as the garage doors were closed.

Jason, Those are really interesting photos. In the fine detail I see a passenger riverboat. Lattitude you are far north of us, and yet your trees have barely started to turn color, and ours are near or slightly past their apex, so from that standpoint I find the photos of personal interest. You are very skilled with a manual lens affixed to a modern camera.
