My friend found this lens in a bag he got at a garage sale
There was an AF 1.7TC in there too

Steep hill

K10d, M100/4 macro at minimum focus + AFA 1.7X, 1/500 @ f/11 (f/18.7 effective) Shake reduction set to 180 mm. Hand held by shaky old phart.

Great work, everyone. It's been a while since I've posted in this thread. Here are some images from this past weekend...I'm trying out some new techniques in post...






Both were taken with my M50 f1.4 on my Canon 60D. My K20D was in my other hand, with a Samyang 24mm f1.4 on it.

I really love the way this lens renders for portraits - absolutely stunning. But I am getting frustrated with the "M" when trying to capture kids that NEVER STOP MOVING. I keep persisting however.

Here's one attempt from the weekend of my 7 month old boy.

M 50mm f/1.7. (@ f/2.8)

It's worth persisting with manual lenses, especially ones as good as the 50/1.7.
