Your personal stalker right there

Today's entry to the Single challenge with M28 2.8, this lens works rather well with chrome

B&W version works for me too

Wide open in moderate to further distance this lens is a bit soft, but close up it's good(I will showcase that in the entry for tomorrow), this shot was taken at either f5.6 or f8

M28 2.8 wide open, the sharpness is there alright, which is not what I expected to be honest, I was expecting this lens to be optimised for infinity, i.e. for landscape etc....

I've found my "takette" (Takumar Bayonet) 28mm to be perfectly sharp, so I'm not a bit surprised.

After a bit of fiddling around today I found that for landscape all you have to do is turn all the way to infinity in M28 f2.8, which is different from many of my AF lenses which focus pass infinity...

This one is from earlier this week.

A great shot, devil chicken! It reminds me of the camouflage paint scheme on WWII ships. The photo would have lost a lot of it's appeal had it been in color. Great composition, too.

Great shots from everyone! I like jumpers!

But here is woodlouses with M40-80 2.8~4 and 68mm extension.
Very nice images... But wow these are woodlice? I grew up calling them Potato Bugs I will stick with that over any kind of louse, I think.

Woodlice, pillbugs, potato bugs, all common names for the same critters. (Not all of them can roll up in a ball like pillbugs, though.) They're actually crustaceans.

M28 f2.8, I am too use to the performance of this lens in direct sunlight, time to go into the shade and see how it goes

Superb, elpolodiablo! Way back, in my Navy days in the late 60's, we used to take a nylon stocking and stretch it over the front of the lens and stop it down to minimum aperture to create a great starburst effect. Have any of you tried that old technique? I'll have to give it a try soon. Sheez.... "late 60's." I'm OLD!

M28 is a great lens. I never tried starbursts with mine, I will now! Beautiful shot.
