I've found it's quite exceptional for any kind of lens, it's certainly better than my M 135mm f/3.5.

I love the design of that lens, the way the zoom works without anything obvious moving or turning.




More here.

Its bigger brother, the M 80-200 f4.5 is similar in design but somehow not as good in IQ.

Got this lens with other old lens. At f4 this lens is soft. one stop down its pretty sharp.
