What he said ^^^

Some lenses were never made in an M version (eg the 15mm f/3.5), some were identical bar adding -M to the label (e.g., the K/M 2000mm mirror lens), and some are just different lenses (the K105 was replaced by the superb M100/2.8). Some how or other I became obsessed with K series primes to the extent I now have 20 of them.

Already posted this in Bokeh Club, but I cross post this also here. Beautiful morning light this morning. I went to take some from my tiny oak. It's still green while everything around is in their best autumn colors.

We still have green leaves here, but they are hard to see because of the snow on them.

4 seasons is a common consept and it suits nicely to the northern Finland, but here in the south coast it's more like 6 seasons, as there is waiting periods between autumn and winter and between spring and summer. Leaves will soon be gone and world looks like ready to winter, but most likely winter won't come before Janyary. In spring after snow is gone we have to wait long before plants actually start to grow.

But let's enjoy the autumn colors while we still can.

Sometimes I think we have a different season every week. We had that big dump of wet snow, and now it's 14 C and it's all melting. The forecast for the coming week is sunshine and 10-12 C (that's 50-54 F for you Phillistines). I don't want to look at the week after that

Very nice! Is your M28 the first or second version?

Thank you, Paul.

Funny that I actually looked into this yesterday... mine is the 1st version as it has the silver lining on the nose.

I did a review for this lens when I joined the forums; this was my favorite lens back then... It is still very very much liked and priced by me right now. Other than my DA L 18-55 WR, it is my widest lens (which convinces me that I need a legacy 24mm)

I think you've got the wrong thread...

You are right. Sorry for the mistake. Not quite sure how I let this happen.
