K1ii & M40:

I think this was the first time I had my M40 on the K1ii. You really feel the difference in camera weight compared to APSC with this tiny lens and with bigger body the lens feels even smaller

A small spider is on one of the American Dream dahlias at Dahlia Hill in Midland, Michigan. The image was captured with an SMC Pentax-M 1:4 100mm lens on a monopod-mounted Pentax K-S2.

21st - Selfie theme

Long day. Had to rely on flash. Missed the focus a bit. Always a big problem with selfies on tele lenses. Didn't notice until I had shots loaded on computer, so will have to do. At least it's on theme

It was nice to have sunny weather again after a week of cloudy sky. Took a shooting break before lunch in one of my regular spots by the sea. Nice weather had got out. I even saw an other photographer shooting in the area with Nikon D800 and talked with her for a while. Autumn colors were blazing in the sunlight and I ended up shooting for an hour and taking quite a lot of shots.

I go with this as offiacial shot.
