Lovely shot. The dust raised by the hooves adds to the image.

20 or 25 years ago, my wife and I were in Jasper National Park, North of here, and I walked into a photographer's business shop in Jasper townsite to buy some film, carrying my KX. He was so pleased to see a Pentaxian that he showed off his new M*300 that he used on his LX. His kit was in a padded fitted carrying case. It only took me about 30 minutes to buy the film ...

Did you count the years correctly? It's already 35 years from 1985

I think we had this conversation when I got the lens in May 2017. I'm not in the habbit of remembering all my conversations, but I liked the story so I do this one

I'm trying not to think of how many years ... You are correct, 1985. My memory evaporated recently ... my age became 08 on the 10th

That is interesting. We read all about how the Finn army on skis in heavy winter snow, all dressed in white, defeated the Russians/Soviets in WW II, and we start thinking Finland is always covered in snow.

Global warming, they say. I think this was first winter on south coast without snowcover. Apparently there will be more winters like this in the future. North Finland, on the other hand, had new snow records in some areas.

Thanks. It was a beautiful night.

Today something different, but quite familiar for my work. Also with M35/2:

Thanks! Yes, it's a nuclear power plant in the picture.
