Hi

Been away for awhile. Had some issues with computer and took a forced month brake from photography and DFA*85 has taken a lot of my time this year. Doing Single In Challenge with M75-150 zoom this month, so I'll have M shots to share again

I took the M 35mm f/2 out for a spin the other day to see the very beginning of the autumn colour. I miss using this lens as my standard lens on our trips to the north of Spain, which is where it's produced some of it's best work.

Fingers crossed for a trip sometime soon.

That single leaf on the grass is a superb photo!

Nice break and spray capture Paul, the 50's have a great render.

Yep, it is. I will hopefully see in the near future how the A series 35/2 compares.

Many thanks. I've taken some other shots with this lens that are down low in the grass, into the light, and it's something this lens seem to do very well with.

Another couple of shots.

Thanks, and yes they do. Even the f/2 is not without its charms. It seems to lack the microcontrast of its more popular siblings, but the colors and sharpness (when stopped down) are there.
