The DFA zoom doesn't seem to play well with the 1.4, but on it's own it is very good from your samples.
The Sig 500 4.5 is excellent as usual.
So do you feel the DFA150-450 is easier to hand hold than the Sig 500 4.5 ?
Have to agree with Crew really. My DA*300 +1.4TC can beat all of these for IQ as they appear here, though I have no doubt they are much better viewed on your PC before sending.

For bird photography I think there will be a simple question to answer. At the same focal lengths is the IQ as good as or better than the DA*300 alone and with TC and in each case does it focus faster and/or track better?
