Turtle. They are quite inquisitive actually, when you talk, they pick up on it and come in close to investigate.

I could barely make out this primarily dark bird in the shadows through the viewfinder, but the K3 iii and the Monster got the job done.

Unfortunately, there is some out of focus foreground caught in the lower half of this pic, but I hope the wings make up for that.

I went bird watching at the local audubon Center over the weekend and took the K-1 and 150-450.

Nice! I don't think I've ever got that close to an Osprey in Oz. I did get some photos of one in Japan which was fishing koi out of a famous garden.
