Well done series, again! Those damn gulls can be so annoying most of the time! Thanks for sharing.
Best.

Thanks Charlie! It has been fun. It would have made a great video, but I think the pics tell the story. I know, my wife always wants to feed them, and I have to nix that idea... they get aggressive when you feed them, and will poop all over your car to thank you for your generosity. Yeah, I'll pass.
Speaking of story, there is more to come!

Keep that beak where I can see it, no sudden moves, ya hear?

Got it! Oh sweet justice!

Does Ibis get his breakfast in peace this time?
Does he get Frederic to cook his crab?
Does our hero go for Chinese take out?

Find these answers and more next time when you... Tune in tomorrow same Bat time, same Bat channel!

So what was the moral here? Don't count your crabs before they're down the hatch!

there are times you don't want to be too close

just in case your target wants to take an interest in who is behind the camera and lens

Great shot! He looks unhappy though; wise to keep your distance.

he was just waking up from a long [ cat ] nap

usually they ignore the vehicles and what are in them

but there is always a chance

and here we were in a pop up top extended SUV

however on another part of the trip we were in an open sided Land Rover and told not to stand up in the vehicle because that could cause a problem

usually to find a leopard in a tree, look for the tail hanging down

no idea what is this.

Is quite small, at best i estimate just 1.7cm, 1.8cm, across, wingspan.

Came across it on the wall outside my unit, and quickly went back, grab the cam and snap.

SOOC jpeg, heavily cropped, at 450mm end, f7.1 i think.
