Nice shot Rob - sort of a horse-eye view of the world.

For anyone interested, I've posted a comparison of some lenses here: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-slr-lens-discussion/193250-manual-...ml#post2032956. The list is below.

I agree...really nice pano!

Selenium....I like the architectural feel of that shot. How are you finding the K18?

I love it when you get a sunset/sunrise above the clouds. There is one region in Taiwan where this is common but there's been a heavy overcast every time that I've been there except once. Here are some photos with the K24f2.8 of the Tsengwen reservoir drive that I did last week. I added a couple more waterfalls to my tally. The first half of the trip is in the DA15 thread.

The little road I was driving on. This is a good part of it.

The end of the road.

Thanks.. I'll write a review so it will be useful for everyone.
I have also the 15mm from voigtlander : extremely fine performer in black and white but not so good in colors, that's why I grabbed that 18 when I got the occasion. It distort more than the voigtlander but the colors are nicer. And composition with tricky lines is easier with the reflex than in a small viewfinder.
It's a nice little lens..

SMC Pentax K 200/2.5

Haven't posted in this area for some time.

Had the K 200/2.5 on the camera when I encountered this Cedar Waxwing.

This is one of my favourite species. Cropped more than I would like but I got as close as I could.

Beautiful - great reward for an early rise.

Mine is from the other end of the day. Cross post from my Single In August K55/2 @ 5.6 1/200 and ISO 400 (been playing/practicing at exposure with a film camera loaded with 400 film in my bag)
