The station shot is nicely composed. Unfortunately when shooting any type of film, the scanning part is where it's hard to get the finished image you want. If you get scans done or do them yourself, "TIF" files work best.
You can adjust the lighting/shadows with PP s/w and get something close to what the actual lighting conditions were. Try slide film sometime, it's a 'finished" image from the lab and it's way easier to compare a scanned slide to the original than a negative. I hate PP and scanning, so I mostly shoot slide film and just view them on a light table or project the images. (No computer is required!
