SMC-K 55mm f1.8 at f2.8 .

I'm always on the look out to add to my collection.
I was trying to decide between the 30 f2.8 and the 85 f1.8, until everyone started posting with the 28 f3.5, and the 35 f2.
Now I have to add to my searches.

Very nice, showing how the humble 55/1.8 is an outstanding portrait lens, especially on APS-C format.

Of the lenses in your search list, the 28/3.5 is to me by far the best value and most versatile.

Thank you. The 28 sure fits my budget better.

I need to shoot with my 17-35 for a while, and see what FL, I hover around.

That's a great look, and I'm always glad to see the 105 represented here. An overlooked gem, IMO. Here's one from this morning with the 105 (apologies for the Flickr over-sharpening; the version I uploaded looks better, but is larger than I want to post here):

Agreed, although none of the others will disappoint.

The 105 is definitely one of my favorite lenses.

Lovely portraits!

Here's a sort of "portrait", with the 55/1.8

But baaaaaaad to the bone nonetheless -- that's a ram with attitude.

I'm just waiting to see if there are any good Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals on the K-1 before getting one. Fortunately I already have the 85/1.8.
