That's one heck of a deal.
Yep but that was only for the k-5 itself, I got the A35-105 as a bonus when I bought the F-100 Macro 2.8 a few weeks ago.

I bought a Super-Komura 75-150mm F4.5 on a whim at auction, it features a Unidapter M42 mount. I was not expecting much of it as I had not previously known this brand of lens. It looks like it is sharper than my Tamron 75-150mm and close to my Pentax 75-150mm.
My model is a 3ft high sunflower that appeared in one of my flower pots.

Nice shot. I was also pleasantly surprised by a Super-Komura 200mm F3.5 bought on auction.
Best.

Nice. I used to love taking boat tours on Lake Lemain.

I posted a picture of the front of this building a few days earlier in this thread, from which vantage it is framed with trees. Much more of the structure/design can be viewed in this side view, if more distorted from pointing up with the lens's 18mm end.

You can probably find the Vivitar "Matched Multiplier" 2X teleconverter that was available for this generally well-received lens. About 40 years ago I bought the sister model 70-150 f/3.8 w/Matched Multiplier and still find the lens and the combo useful at times. They had pretty decent close-focus ability for the day and the magnification is, of course, double with the multiplier in use. Reviews I've seen recently usually indicate some purple fringe is seen in digital images but it is easily removed with post processing.

Vivitar Series 1 90-180mm f4.5 on a K-5iis, shot at 180mm, handheld, SOOC.

Saw these mallards standing on the ice, a good way away. I was taken by the reflection of the trees across the ice, accentuated by the ducks..
