Seems that the weather resistance of the D-FA 24-70mm is not that great... saw that on Facebook...

So, using my K3-II, I wanted to take an arty shot of Malcolm, our elderly rescue cat, whilst shooting directly into the evening sun. I held the camera quite low (not looking through the view finder), and shot at will.

This is the result of the autofocus focussing on the nearest thing, which I quite like and is now me desktop!



This is the shot I was hoping for.



Both Jpegs straight from the camera with a little tweaking in iPhoto...
