Took my helios 44-2 out for a walk today. All bird shots are cropped since this lens is a bit short.

I added another Soviet lens to the collection yesterday, an Arsat 35/3.5 fisheye in 645 mount.
With a little PP it makes a decent UWA on 645 without breaking the bank.

A few shots from a wet Sunday walk about. This lens is sharper than I had remembered, with a nice rendering effect that I do not know how to describe.

I did something a bit out of the ordinary last week.

I took my (slightly decentered - help?) Helios 44 to the Geneva Motorshow.

Now I obviously I didn't set out to take the "best" photos, there's the press day for that (and the pros can do it better!), but thought I'd just have some fun.

Bet you've never seen a Ford GT GT3's behind with some mild swirls?

Or the new McLaren 720S in a similar scenario?

A couple of pics with M42 1972 INDUSTAR-50 3.5 and a k20D with off camera flash.... I really like this lens with flash. It can be very sharp when stopped down. What I don't like is its size. Its tiny and a bit hard for my fingers to use. Picked it up for $15 on ebay and think its a definite keeper.

Very nice results with the Industar-50. It is a remarkable lens, and I think it looks great on a DSLR. Is there a smaller lens?
