I posted more about it back in the thread a bit,
here. This may not be what you had in mind, but I did take one picture on the way to the park on Saturday. Focus is on the lighted "car wash" sign. If you click to the full-size, you can see that the substation in the background is quite a bit out of focus.
If you are interested in it for astro, it may be a good candidate. It is a slide projector lens, so the rendering across the frame is fairly consistent, but there is no aperture, so stopping down is not an option unless you make your own to slap on the front like a lens cap.
Maybe I'll take it along on tomorrow morning's walk. The moon is full and it's been beautiful watching as it sinks into the mountains to the west.
