Was there actually a General Tso?

I also heard that lobster sauce (shrimp with lobster sauce, lobster Cantonese, etc.) is an American invention.

But God forbid you tell an Italian that the Chinese invented spaghetti!!

Right on, it's probably as Chinese as Chicken Korma is Indian...

I've always been curious what Mike Cash looked like in person.

The file name includes "20101116_p053426" which is November 16, 2010 at 5:34:26 p.m.

I've still got thousands of shots I haven't gotten around to processing yet.

About 2 months ago a friend gave me 3 old lenses, that belonged to his dad. I first checked the lenses, and one of them had a lot of fine scratches, probably due to not to careful handling.
Today I decided to give it a try, just to see how much the scratches would influence a photo.
The lens is a Takumar 1:2.8/105

1. A 50% crop. f16, ISO 100, 1/200

2. f16,ISO 200, 1/400

If only I decided sooner to try it! I've waisted almost 2 months

The rest of it is "filtered" means the photo has been through NoiseWare and "rs" means "reduced size" for putting on the web. I have all the renaming and such stuff set up to take place automatically during various batch processings. It helps me keep track of stuff. When you've got tens of thousands of photos and see no end in sight to more coming in then it is really helpful to have some sort of system for organizing and keeping track of crap. I find making the precise date and time of the photo into the file name helps.

So now newcomers won't even know these clubs exist.

I agree with Adam's original assessment on this, but he caved in to shut some people up.

Just what we need--more subforums.

As it is, there's a Lens Club Index in the Lenses forum, so exactly how did taking this out of Lenses help anyone?
Adjusting to change is part of the fun of the Forum.

Tele-Takumar 300 6.3

I haven't used this lens very much. It seems to get very little attention. I thought it would be fun to post what few images I've taken with it. Maybe a few posts will help keep it from falling into oblivion.
