Thanks for the identification of those two birds. Being in Houston, Texas, we do get these unusual birds. We have a flock of those ducks in the neighborhood. And the heron was trying to catch a fish in the lake. The shimmer in the water was not very attractive but it wasn't oil. The fish seemed to like it.  Saman | |
