Love these portraits Rob - of the girls and the cameras! Both the ME Super and K1000 look to be in excellent condition...

Thanks, Dan. They're both functional, but, sad to say, with the price of film nowadays, they only get used as props. Still, they're a part of my photography experience and I refuse to part with them. My eldest daughter is honing her skills with some older digital Pentax bodies: a Km and a K200D. It's rewarding to be able to share the hobby with my children.

Very nice, when I see pictures like this, with somebody walking out of the view, I always start wondering what happened to that person, where are they now.

Put the Macro-Takumar 50mm f4 on the K-1 and added some bounce flash for this shot.

VERY nice! Plenty of micro contrast "3d effect" and no LoCA. A little but busy bokeh but you can't have everything... two thumbs up
