Thank you. It's just a slight crop because I had to rotate the shot about 1 degree to get the stream looking right. But it's shot with an APS-C camera, the Samsung GX-10, so of course it's a heavy crop from what a full frame sensor would have seen.

I'll be using my Taks in their proper format again as soon as I can get hold of a roll of the new Ektachrome, but digital full frame isn't for me at the moment because of cost and the lack of any cameras with a CCD sensor. If I had the money available, I'd be going for the CCD based 645D with the medium format Takumars. I'm always blown away by the results I see from that combination.

That's an absolute beauty. I could happily sit and gaze at a big print of that one on my living room wall.

Sunrise yesterday with the 20mm. I had the 55mm and 105mm with me and considered them both, but then I decided that it was the smallness of the pony under the sky that had first caught my eye, so that was what I wanted to capture.

I agree with your choice. You have created a unique image rather than just another bunch of colour bands.
Delightfully Done Dave.

And that goes to prove that the subject does not always need to be large to capture attention. Well done, Dave.
