I agree. These mini-roses are never labelled as to color of the blossoms so it is always a surprise. For the record, exposure was brought down a touch in post but color and saturation were untouched.

Uncropped K3ii with Super Tak 55mm and extension tube, lighting - 1 sun, full morning power.
I forgot how quick these little buggers are, Spring has only just sprung and they are only frantically hanging around the 1 plant that has flowers out the front

I've got a long list of jobs around the house that need doing today, so I thought I'd process another photo from Brixham a couple of weeks ago instead. With the 17mm.

I switched back to the SMC 55/1.8 this morning. Luke doesn't care what lens I use, as long as I pet him after.

Why does that feel like the sort of statement/endorsement that just cost me money?

The thread needs a bump, so here's a 13 shot stitch with the 17mm, defished of course. From the top of the church tower in Tavistock in not very good light.

Takumar 200/5.6 at f 5.6. This is small but nice lens with vey long focusing thread, so while not fast easy to nail the focus esp. with live view or on mirrorless body.

Bunker with 28 mm super takumar

Here's a WW II (Atlantikwal) bunker in the north of Denmark photographed in the morning light. I like the way this thing looks out of this world in that environment and I thought the B&W would add to that. I have another one (taken with the 18 - 135) that looks as if it is a stranded whale.
