The most patriotic RV dealership in Mesa. Super Tak 50/1.4, minus one element.
Yes it is. And while it is in good mechanical shape it absolutely needs a paintjob.

No rust though, that's most important.

I am not sure what this tiny gold and garnet piece was originally but the Macro Takumar 50mm f4 and y K-r recorded it at life size, 1:1
The object is only .20 of an inch wide!
Looks like an ear-ring, possibly for a baby or small child.

That is an amazing shot - how many blades does the Macro-Tak 100 has? I have the K & the A versions , but I do not think I'd get that much smooth bokeh at f8... Beautiful.

Great images with these old lenses. Makes me want to put my 55/2.0 on my Lumix for some fun.

Nice! I like how things just melt away into the background. I've got an S-M-C Tak 55 1.8 too. Must get that adapter into the K-S2 and give it a whirl.

Thank you for the positive comments! The Macro-Takumar only has six blades and I was also pleasantly surprised by the smooth bokeh. I think it was caused by a combination of the small focus distance to the fly versus a much longer distance to the background.
Best.

I have to say, great results indeed. I will send my K 100/4 Macro to CLA soon, as its iris' are sticky... Once it comes back it'll go into the regular rotation as it deserves.
