Wow - sharp and with nice stars! Is it Super - or SMC Takumar? I have one 5-Element 135/2.5 but was only using it wide open from time to time... Do you remember the f-stop used here?

Hey - thanks. This is the Super Tak.... the old version, all other versions are 6 elements... Here I was sitting between f5.6 & f8.

though the Lens data says 135 this was with the SMC Tak 55 1.8, shot at f11 on the GFX in full 4:3 mode. Stopped down the little vignetted wide open is gone
I need to get better at changing the lens data I can store 6 of them (sadly you can't name them that I see ) after a a couple of days i think the main ones i will use with the GFX are the 55 105and 135 taks and leave the other 3 spots for my bronica 40 75 and 150 (adapter arriving thursday )

These are spectacular. You're doing some impressive imaging with this (ancient) lens!

Thank you kindly - the lens handles pretty well - also, it has lots of blades, it is wonderful for bokeh shots...

Great result from the expired film - I think it did well with the scene.

ISO 400 film, those settings seem very well thought of based on what I've read an limitedly practiced.

My last expired roll was a 400, expired a good 10-12 years I believe... I think I set at 200, but it would've beneficiated from a bit more light. I did achieve good contrast, but lost most if not all midtones. Still I printed two of my results (full shot of my then 2 YO (she's sitting down so full body technically) + a shot of the Empire State bldng from 34th street west side.
