Tamron 400mm 6.9

This lens looks like someone used it in a street fight, but it seems to do ok on my K3. It's a 1960's M42.

Spiral staircase @ 5.6

I thought this was a fun object to snap with my newly acquired (but used) lens that day.

Yeah I know the second one has a tilt, and the exposure is a bit different, but that's what the camera chose and those are OOC, handheld.

There's a bit of glow in the 2.8 one on the bars in the lower third, a certain softness that is not present in the top 2/3rds... can this mean that the lens is a bit decentered, or could this point to a bit of backfocus there?

Tamron Adaptall-2 SP 300mm f/5.6 (54B)

I had one of these about five years ago, then sold it in the first phase of going digital. I can't say that I had missed it until this summer, when it dawned on me that I had often made use of the 1.4m near focus.

I found one last week, quite by chance, whilst on a business trip.

Welcome back:

Tamron 28-200mm LD IF aspherical #271D

I've been checking out this tamron 28-200mm AF lens - had it for a while but neglected it. A very decent but unexceptional performer would be my verdict so far, best at 28mm. This lens is basically also the pentax F 28-200mm.

That is a damn fine shot. How much did you pay for that big boy., if you don't mind me asking.
